Deepen Your Practice…

A series of workshops that help you focus your attention on your personal alignment in poses in order to get the most out of your practice. One-on-one instruction is given in each pose, a special emphasis is put on how to incorporate the use of props in your practice, and guidance on how to infuse the information given into a home practice is provided.

       Dates & times to be announced: 

  • Balance Better (The workshop will include a detailed look at your personal alignment within balancing poses. Standing, seated and inverted poses will be included.)  2.5-hours 
  • Standing Poses (You will stand on your own two feet for this workshop- most of the time J) 2.5-hours
  • Focus on the Core (The workshop will include a variety of ways to strengthen the core, and also focus on the importance of the core in poses) (2.5-hours) 
  • Strong Arms (Learn to strengthen and extend, a special emphasis will be placed on how to deal with wrist issues in poses)  (2.5-hours) 
  • Dissection of  A Sun Salutation (a step by step look at the foundation of most yoga practices)  (2.5-hours) 
  •  Inversions (2.5-hours)

**Students in the Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training Program may use these hours as make-up hours for any missed techniques workshop hours.
